300 acres of 100+ year old native forests on western escarpment of the beautiful and unique Sequatchie Valley with marked nature trails. Trail maps and information available on svionline.org. Unique hand-crafted homes and structures featuring solar electricity, spring-fed water, use of local stone and wood. Arboretum Trail with over 100 species named now under repair.
